This sketch was an exercise for me too see if I could make up a gnarly, old, crumbly tree out in the snow. It's no John Jude but I think it has some good balance..

The girl image came from a great piece of 60's reference I had . Nice symmetry.
The seagull is part of a painting I have drawn up and will be next on my list of "to do" pieces . This idea originated from a small image of a seagull I had from a children's book . I thought it had potential and months later "Steampunk Pete" is born!
